The SEO Corner will consider refunds only in cases where errors have been made by our team that result in links whose quality does not meet the standards and specifications published on our website. In such cases, we will first attempt to correct the problem by providing links of equivalent or higher quality as substitutes. Only if it is not possible to provide a satisfactory solution will we proceed with a refund for the affected link.

2. REFUND EXCLUSIONS

The client acknowledges that The SEO Corner does not offer refunds for failure to achieve specific results in terms of search engine ranking, traffic increase or other related objectives. Backlink building is an important tool within an SEO strategy, but its effectiveness depends on multiple factors beyond The SEO Corner’s control, such as the quality of the website content, on-page optimisation, technical SEO factors and competition in the target market. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee specific results or provide refunds based on performance expectations that exceed the scope of the contracted services.

3. PROCESS FOR REQUESTING A REFUND

A client wishing to request a refund must submit a formal claim within 30 days of delivery of the final report. The claim must include:

• A detailed description of the problem.
• Evidence to support the claim, such as screenshots, affected links or other relevant documents.
• The SEO Corner will evaluate each request on an individual basis and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The SEO Corner is not a full-service SEO agency and does not control critical elements of SEO performance, such as technical SEO, content quality, or the client’s overall optimisation strategies. Therefore, we assume no liability for the lack of specific results and will not issue refunds based on expectations of non-agreed upon results.

5. FINAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This refund policy applies exclusively to the services offered by The SEO Corner and forms an integral part of the general terms and conditions governing the contractual relationship with the client. By using our services, the client accepts the terms described herein. This policy is designed to ensure a balance between client satisfaction and clarity about the scope and limitations of our responsibilities.
