The SEO Corner reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if The SEO Corner believes that you have violated any provision of these terms and conditions.

Client acknowledges and agrees that results derived from these services may vary depending on factors beyond The SEO Corner’s control, including, but not limited to, changes in search engine algorithms, target market characteristics and industry competition. The SEO Corner does not guarantee specific results in terms of search engine rankings or traffic levels and is limited to providing the services described herein.

4. COMMUNICATIONS AND NEWSLETTER

By providing The SEO Corner with your email address, you agree that we may use it to send you important communications about our services, news and special content. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can opt out by sending us your request through our contact information or by using the ‘unsubscribe’ option available in the emails themselves. This option may prevent you from receiving emails about our services, important news and special content.

5. BACKLINK PACKAGES

The SEO Corner provides search engine optimisation services through backlink packages, specifically designed to attract quality traffic and improve the search engine authority of the client’s website. Each package includes features tailored to different objectives and needs, and the client is responsible for selecting the package that best suits its requirements.

By placing an order, the client agrees that he/she is entering into a binding agreement with The SEO Corner for the performance of the services described in the selected package. The client shall provide all information necessary for the implementation of the services, including, but not limited to, the URL of the target website, keywords, and any other relevant information requested by The SEO Corner.

The SEO Corner will perform the services in accordance with the specifications of the chosen package and will use reasonable efforts to comply with generally accepted SEO industry standards. However, the client understands and accepts that the results derived from the use of the services may vary depending on external factors, such as changes in search engine algorithms, specific characteristics of the client’s website, and the level of competition in the market.

The client warrants that the website provided complies with all applicable legal regulations, as well as with the policies and guidelines established by the major search engines. The SEO Corner reserves the right to refuse or suspend the performance of services if the target website contains content that is illegal, inappropriate or in violation of search engine terms and conditions.

The client acknowledges that the services offered by The SEO Corner are intended solely to optimise online presence through backlink-based strategies, and that the company does not guarantee specific results in terms of search engine rankings, traffic volume or conversions. The SEO Corner acts solely as a technical service provider, and the actual implementation of the recommendations provided will be the sole responsibility of the client.

6. PAYMENTS

Users may make payment for the service packages offered by The SEO Corner exclusively through the payment methods available on the website. By placing an order, the user agrees to provide valid, complete and updated payment information and authorises The SEO Corner to process the corresponding payment for the selected services.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the details provided for payment are correct and authorised for use. The SEO Corner is not responsible for any delays or failures in the provision of services due to incorrect, incomplete or unauthorised payment information.

The SEO Corner reserves the right to change the payment methods accepted on the Website at any time upon reasonable notice to users. In the event that a payment method is not accepted, it shall be the responsibility of the user to provide an alternative method of payment within the time period indicated to avoid cancellation of the order or suspension of services.

Payment for the services shall be deemed to have been made when The SEO Corner has received the full amount in the selected payment method. Users acknowledge that all prices and charges will be specified in the currency indicated on the website and that additional charges related to international transactions, currency conversions or processing fees may apply, depending on the payment service provider used by the user.

Any technical problems related to payment processing should be reported immediately to The SEO Corner, so that they can be handled with the relevant payment service provider. The SEO Corner shall not be responsible for any failures in third party payment systems that may affect the processing of transactions.

7. ORDERS

Once the order has been completed and confirmed, The SEO Corner will send a confirmation email to the client within 24 hours. This email will include an intake form, which must be completed by the client to provide the necessary information to initiate the consultation process and execution of the service.

The intake form is an essential step in customising the link optimisation strategy and ensuring that the services provided meet the client’s specific objectives. In the event that the client wishes to provide specific details, such as the specific pages to be linked to or the anchor texts to be used, these should be specified in the form. If the client does not provide detailed instructions, The SEO Corner will implement a strategy based on search engine optimisation best practices in consultation and agreement with the client.

The SEO Corner aims to complete most orders within an estimated 16 days of receipt of all information required on the intake form. However, the client acknowledges that this timeframe may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the order, the volume of links requested or the timeliness of the client’s delivery of information.

Once the execution of the services has been completed, The SEO Corner will provide the client with a detailed report including the actions taken, the links created and other relevant elements related to the fulfilment of the order.

By placing an order, the client agrees that The SEO Corner shall not be liable for delays in service delivery resulting from unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or lack of cooperation or communication on the part of the client. Furthermore, the client understands that the scope of the service is limited to what is specified in the contracted package and in the instructions provided in the intake form.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The SEO Corner provides search engine optimisation services designed to improve the visibility and authority of websites by implementing strategies based on inbound links (‘backlinks’). However, the user acknowledges and agrees that the services offered are limited solely to the provision of backlink packages and the implementation of related strategies, and that The SEO Corner does not guarantee specific results in terms of search engine rankings, increased traffic or conversions.

The SEO Corner assumes no responsibility for results that may vary due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to changes in search engine algorithms, the quality or suitability of the content of the client’s website, competition in the target market, or any modifications made to the client’s website that may affect the performance of the services provided.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the website that is the subject of the services complies with all applicable legal regulations and search engine guidelines. The SEO Corner shall not be liable for penalties, suspensions or any other negative impact that may arise from the nature, content or characteristics of the client’s website, including, but not limited to, content that is illegal, inappropriate or infringes third party rights.

The SEO Corner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, data, business reputation, business opportunities or any other loss arising out of the use of or inability to use the services offered.

You acknowledge that the services provided by The SEO Corner are subject to limitations inherent in the SEO industry and the varying conditions of the digital environment. Accordingly, The SEO Corner shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or failures in the provision of services resulting from unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, technical failures, or actions of third parties, including payment or hosting service providers.

In no event shall The SEO Corner’s cumulative liability to the client arising from any cause related to the provision of the services exceed the total amount paid by the client to The SEO Corner for the services giving rise to the claim.

By contracting the services of The SEO Corner, the user assumes all risks associated with the use of the same and exonerates The SEO Corner from any claim, liability or damage that may arise as a result of its decision to hire or use the services offered.

9. COPYRIGHT

All content on The SEO Corner website, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, software and other items are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by The SEO Corner or by third parties who have licensed or provided their material to the website. You acknowledge and agree that all materials on The SEO Corner are made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. Except as specifically provided herein.   • The infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party caused by their use of the website or service purchased through the website.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy relating to the interpretation, performance or enforcement of these terms and conditions, or the services provided by The Seo Corner, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably and in good faith through a mediation process. The mediation will be facilitated by a neutral mediator selected by mutual agreement of the parties. The costs associated with the mediation process will be shared equally by both parties, unless otherwise agreed. The mediation will be conducted in a mutually acceptable language and at a location agreed by the parties, preferably virtual to ensure accessibility.

If, after a reasonable period of time, mediation does not lead to a mutually satisfactory solution, any outstanding dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be the United Kingdom. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, unless otherwise agreed by both parties, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. The parties expressly waive any right of appeal or recourse except as permitted by applicable United Kingdom law.

The parties also agree that each party shall bear its own legal costs related to the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise in his award. The SEO Corner and the Client acknowledge that arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy for resolving disputes that are not resolved by mediation, and waive the right to bring any claim in court, except to the extent necessary to enforce the arbitration award or to seek injunctive relief prior to or during the arbitration proceeding.

By agreeing to these terms, both parties confirm their commitment to resolve any dispute efficiently, confidentially and fairly in accordance with the principles set out in this clause.

20. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. This applies unless binding arbitration is agreed in the relevant section.

21. FINAL PROVISIONS
